Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Regarding partial hanging, I've tried this a few times putting a ridiculous amount of pressure around the neck but don't feel like I'm passing out at all. So frustrating as I've had enough of my incredibly mentally painful life. It's really not easy this partial hanging, in fact seems impossible!
Hanging certainly does sound like a difficult method. I have never attempted as I am scared of it going wrong in some way. After all, humans are programmed to survive even know we want to die. I understand why you would be so frustrated. More than anything I wish that suicide is easier, it should not be this difficult to leave all the suffering behind. I'm sorry that you are in this situation, I know that it is awful feeling like you are trapped in this world.
Are you using a slip knot and not a noose? Apparently if you feel pressure in your head it is because you are compressing the jugulars and not the carthoid arteries.

You have to put the rope around your carotid arteries on your neck. I'm a man, unfortunately, so I had to place it right under the Adams apple. I passed out quick but the rope popped and I woke dazed and confused
