Method Partial hanging

How reliable is partial? What are the chances I can end up with brain damage? And is it loud?

I live with people, but I was thinking of doing it at night time. I don't want to risk being caught and stopped.

I've tried looking through the method section, I just can't seem to find the information I need.

The thing about partial is that it is easier to back off than full suspension. But if you manage go unconscious, being found before you die offers the same risk of brain damage as full suspension. It can be loud, since you might convulse and hit things nearby you.

I was planning to go by hanging before I found out about SN.

I read all about partial and full suspension and came to the conclusion that a partial suspension probably won't work, or won't work as well as a full suspension. You can back out because it's uncomfortable at any time and if you do manage to go unconscious, you might end up in a position where there isn't quite enough downward weight to fully kill yourself.

I planned to kick away a small step-ladder and use industrial strength rope to ensure a proper job was done. The classic both feet dangling 2 feet of the floor kinda method you see in movies. It's your own choice but a partial suspension is leaving quite a lot up to chance. For me, it's you either do it properly, or you don't try at all. But that's just me, always come to your own conclusions.

I think partial is reliable if you read up enough about it and find your "sweet spot". Your body could convulse after making some slamming sounds against the door. Guess it depends how deep someone's sleep is.

Honestly, I think it is quite unreliable. I trained a bit myself since I fancied this method quite a bit and it was really hard to go unconscious, plus I would just get scared and stop it myself.

Any method you choose, it's better to not have people orbiting the place you are going to do it in.

I have tried before with pills , had a gun didn't do I so I am in same boat as you I have rope but how to make it work I too don't want to be some brain dead mf

Yeah, SN would be preferred. Unfortunately since I live in the UK I have no access to it.

Sadly due to lockdown, I'm not going to be alone in the house for quite some time. I don't have it in me to wait. I'm in so much pain. I just want to go.

I don't know any more but I guess I don't know I wish I had pills again or a gun but it would just be worse

I havent practised but I'm going with partial. I plan to find a forest to go in, and I feel like it'll be easier to find a tree that can hold a few kilos of weight rather than my full body weight

Why partial hanging I have got the rope from Amazon I have tried to kill myself at least10 times last in coma for month . I am older and wiser now nothing to look forward to
