Partial hanging question

Can I do partial hanging with a belt on a bed with a headboard that can serve as a ligature point?

Robin Williams pretty much did it. Though he used a door I think. If you can finagle it correctly, it could work. All you need is the anchor to be sturdy. So also depends on how big the bed is. You'll have to test your weight first.
