So some time ago I tried to partial hang with a belt, first I got the belt and tied it to the staircase and put my neck around it my legs were touching the ground almost as if I'm neeling down and I just let my body weight do its thing, honestly it's just too painful and I get scared so I couldn't do does anyone else have the same thing, I'm so frustrated that I'm in Australia so I also can't buy a gun, i want to ctb but I can't find a good method.

i would recommend doing full suspension hanging cuz its much more reliable and its a certain death if you just follow 3 easy rules of fsh.

Tried that and wasn't brave enough to go through with it, i think i almost passed out, went to the point of having my vision blacking out and tingles in all my body.

Makes you wonder how Chester and Robin did it.

Same here. Almost completed partial but backed out as things started fading.
I read a study on suicide and I remember it saying most people that want to die will not be able to do it. I'm so jealous of the ones that overcome their survival instinct.

I feel like a step in the direction I want to go in is finding someone with the same intentions with me if there is anyone in Sydney that would be good then going through the different methods, one of them I thought of was going to a very tall building and jumping off but it's in the city so im

But how does it work? I get that you put the buckled loop tight around your neck, but how can you anchor the other end of the rope? It can't tie into a knot tightly and it isn't long enough anyway. How can you anchor it securely to something? And what would that something be?

If you drilled the anchor end into a wall like I have read, it would just rip, right?

It makes no sense to me. I truly can't picture it, though apparently possible.

Are there any visuals? Can anyone describe what is done with the anchor end?

I mean it's understandable, we are not supposed to do that, it goes against everything.

I was so naïve and thought i could just jump from a high building, infront of a train or just hang easily...but even if the desire to end it all is here, fear beats me everytime...

How were you setup?
I scoped out a tree in the woods first in the daylight. I had to find one deep enough in that had a sturdy branch at the right height for me to kneel. Then I went back at night a couple days later with my nylon rope, 12 millimeters thick and a flashlight. I tied my knots and stuck my head through the noose. I picked the woods because I didn't want my BF who lives with me to find my body.
