I can see you are suffering greatly, and I understand it because I also suffer greatly from my parent's decision to create me. The truth is all voluntary parents reproduce for their own desires as it is impossible to have a child for that non existent child's sake. If someone forgoes having a child, they don't mourn that their potential child will never know the joys of life but that they will miss out on the joys of raising a child.

But I don't resent loving parents as their decision was the result of hopelessly strong biological imperative. It is no different than me not being able to ctb by brutal methods like slitting my wrists.
