Venting Paranoia?

I feel like people are following me and staring at me and i dont know what there intentions are but it saddens me. It sucks all of my energy. Whats wrong with me. I want out as soon as possible

People are trying so hard nowadays to be different so they get stared at and im trying so hard to be the opposite. And no im not attractive in any way. I wear basic clothes. I wear some makeup. I may look weird but i dont know i cant control that.

I am in therapy yes but i havent talked about this yet
