You're really unlikely to CTB from paracetamol you'll just end up on a NAC drip for 24hours and fuck up your liver with no real result. I wouldn't want you to suffer like that

Paracetamol is very unlikely to kill you. First of all, you're almost definitely going to start vomiting before you can take anything close to a lethal dose. If you do fail then you'll have permanent liver damage. Most things you can buy over the counter aren't reliable things to overdose on.

This too has been posted about ad nauseam and I dont know what you new users expect from us. We arnt gods, we are just like you, we are also seeking a pain free, quick and peaceful way out. IF it was available to us we wouldnt be on this forum cause most of us would already be dead. The sad and sick reality is that the governments, their enforcement arms and their maniacal cry baby sycophant societies are restricting and controlling the best chemical methods. We are left with mostly violent painful methods to draw from.
So like us, you need to do your research and find a method that you can attain and agree with. If you cant then please stop posting for advice on methods we have already discussed and advised against. Take 300 paracetamol tablets, within 30 minutes you'll be throwing your ring up and feel like warmed up shit! in total it takes around two weeks to die via all your internal organs shutting down and you'll bleed from every orifice in and on your body, it's a Seriously Painful and Bloody Selfish way to take your own life! And think of the mess those poor Angels(NHS) will have to clean up???

It most likely triggered some other underlying illness. As has already been said, you'd probably have to jam it in your mouth with a shovel and then wait days for organ failure. Very painful days.

Possibly, from the articles I've read the common theme seems to be regular intake of paracetamol over the course of a few days. So instead of 1 attempted OD with lots of pills in one go, smaller amounts at regular intervals.

Taking lemsip max as well as pills also seems to be a common theme.

It does sound awful & painful however, I can see the attraction because its:

1. easy & cheap to obtain

2. Not likely to arouse suspicion

3. Done slowly so the SI doesn't kick in at full force during the method (clearly it might do when the pain kicks in)

4. Doesn't involve anyone else (like the train method)

5. Can be made to look accidental.

Not advocating for it but if it was the only way out & given the above I might just chance it if I was especially desperate to ctb & all other methods were too complex or unobtainable.

Sn is a better option, look up the methods thread. SN is sodium nitrite. Pls don't do paracetamol, it's not worth it-you're not gonna die

Paracetamol Will Kill You if you take enough and don't get treatment quickly enough which is usually 1/2 weeks(depending on how much taken) in hospital on a drip, the treatment is a liquid which burns like hell as it goes into your vein, l know I've been there in 2004, it was a horrible 2 weeks! Now just the thought of taking a paracetamol for a headache fills me with dread, l use ibrufen for headaches now,

I failed on paracetamol a few years ago an it was extremely painful I have permanent liver and kidney damage from it. I didn't even get any symptoms for days I wouldn't advise it if I was to try od again (which I wouldn't) I'd chose an opioid
