Paracetamol OD & SN combined?

hypothetical. No judgment plz.

SN is my method, but I'm unsure whether I can do this without being found.

does anyone know whether SN and paracetamol OD/parvolax treatment interferes much with SN?

like if I take SN and am found, they could treat that but hopefully wouldn't know aboht the paracetamol, so maybe that would go untreated and help me on my way to CTB. Or vice versa, paracetamol OD, and use that as a cover up but then take SN when unwatched at hospital, they'd hopefully think it's paracetamol and not treat for SN OD?

Don't OD on paracetamol at all. It's a recipe for disaster.

Mm I would just follow Stan's guide or something like that if I used SN.
Parecetamol OD doesn't sound like a good idea.
