I didn't realise how much mental pain a human can be in. Its unbearable. I want too jump off a building. I got too get the balls too do it. If I really wanted to die would I not be scared.

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. Mental health issues can cause us so many different physical issues. I hope you can manage to exhaust all the resources of support available to you.

In the end, in order to CTB one needs a lot of guts! That's why I'm still here. It seems I'm a coward and can't "turn off" my body.I want too die. I just need to get the nerve too try. I'm going to go to the building later it's just getting the guts to jump. I cant suffer anymore. I know loved ones will hurt but I cant stay alive in constant pain.Similar threads
