Overwhelming

I swear all of this planning, prepping, etc is so overwhelming.
Every time I think I have everything I'll need I think of several other things.
It's never ending.
From the way we die to the legal stuff after, it's all ridiculously difficult.

I feel the same . For me it's a bit weird, that part of the reason I'm killing myself, this depression that sucks the energy of out of me is also sometimes hindering me from completing the act. And sometimes it is overwhelming, but sometimes I'm a bit assured too? Because kms is such an irreversible act that doing all that research —the best ways, the correct amount/quantity of materials needed in the act—makes me be doubly careful so I'm a bit more assured I'm less likely to mess things up.

I totally get you on the depression part.
It sucks every ounce of energy out of me, making everything even more difficult.
Then I get more overwhelmed, which makes me more depressed, and , well, you get it. It's just a giant circular mess.

depression fuels an already introverted headspace. Speaking from experience. (Not to say there's not depressed extroverts) that said, Imagine closing up socially more at a time of need. The nature of the beast i guess. Thats where spaces like this prove dividend more than many will ever know! A great platform where we can open up anonymously

Suicide really is so unnecessarily difficult and complicated. We all have already suffered enough without having to plan methods. In an ideal world we would all be able to get euthanasia and none of us would have to do any method research. A peaceful exit from this life should be a human right and suicide really shouldn't be so stigmatised.
