I have around 240x 50mg of tramadol tablets, I guessing these are more than enough to ctb when taken with anti sickness tablets.

I mean it could work, but that's only if you can take all of them and keep them down. I have a pretty hard time keeping 25 pills down, so taking 250 would be pretty difficult and you might end up throwing them back up.

Most prescription and OTC drugs are not meant to be lethal. This is a bad idea.

If you decide to experiment there is a high likelihood of other unintended consequences.

It might work as long as you are able to take them quite quickly because timing matters and are in a space where no one will report it. It will probably make you quite sick at first but as long as the anti-sickness pills work then you should be fine. I'm sorry that life has brought you to this final resort. <3

On the large chance that it doesn't work then you may be in a lot of pain or at least inability to do anything for quite a while.

Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic. In acute toxicity studies, LD50 values are estimated to be around 300-350 mg/kg body weight (rat, mouse, oral administration).
Let's say you weight 75 kg and that Tramadol will be lethal at 300mg/kg then you need 22 500 mg in order to ctb. You only have 12 000 mg.

Yeah exactly I was already in extreme physical pain. Now I have irreversible nerve damage in agony every day bed driffen

And I worked with drug addicts for decades. Those that died from this cocktail were generally accidentally overdoses not planned.

Since you have so much of this mild opiate on hand, you may want to take a pause for thought and decide if your situation is that dire.

Is there a chance that you could hold onto your stash and either change your circumstances, reach out for support or for help?

Since you've been prescribed tramadol, are you dealing with chronic physical pain? That would be hell to live with.

An empty stomach, take package or bottle of Dramamine as directed (Dramamine can make you sleepy, so don't fall asleep beforehand), 12,000 milligrams of tramadol, alcohol - vodka might be a strong, effective choice - 24 hrs of uninterrupted privacy, throw in a plastic bag to put over your face - you might achieve your goal.

Since you have that serious amount of drugs I'm assuming that you are serious about catching the bus. I'm sorry that you're in this state, I really am.

Like all of us, the decision to end it is ultimately our decision.

I hope it doesn't come down to ending your life but if your mental health, physical health or quality of life is bad enough catching the bus is your decision to make.
