• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

which OTC pills can I od on or take with alcohol to ctb? I know its the most uncertain way but it seems to be the most peaceful and I don't want to hurt myself. I've also thought about carbon monoxide poisoning (will make a thread about that later) but I don't want brain damage if something goes wrong.

And no, getting SN is quite difficult so that is not an option.

Overdosing on over-the-counter stuff is pretty difficult. If you can manage it, just know that it takes longer and is a lot more uncomfortable than some of the other methods here.

I've also thought about prescription stuff like Imovane, codeine and Diazepam but those are hard to get given that every medical professional knows I'm suicidal so no one wants to prescribe me anything I can OD on

We don't know. OTC overdoses are generally an ineffective method so little to no research has been done on what would be fatal/nonfatal to take for suicide purposes.

It's hard to predict what substances in what capacity will do what to what person. The reason they're OTC in the first place is that they're considered safe for consumers and unlikely to be misused. People obviously die from these things, but that depends on so many things like age, weight, metabolism, and overall health that it's different for each person. There aren't any guides or charts or anything.

As far as hurting yourself, you're not likely to come out with brain damage or anything but you could easily damage your kidneys or stomach lining, maybe permanently.

I know this probably isn't the answer you're looking for and you're obviously free to do whatever you want with your body, but I'd really urge you to consider other methods.
