I'm thinking, overdose on mirtazipine, lamotrigine or promethazine, does anyone know the fatal overdose? I'm thinking of not taking them orally as I could easily vomit the medication but instead taking the medication anally thus preventing vomiting, thoughts?

I don't have any thoughts... It's a unique combo and it'd be hard to know the lethal dose.
