Help OTC Antemetic for SN

i know that you need a dopamine blocker for it to work well but are there any good otc antiemetics so it's at least better than nothing? i am thinking of potentially meclizine

Yes, but in Indonesia it can be bought without prescription if you go to small pharmacy or online seller.
