Venting OSDD/BPD

Does anyone else on here have these comorbidities?
I couldn't feel like more of a monster. I keep feeling so panicked like I just need to leave, I need to be gone forever, I can't let people deal with me anymore, it's so wrong and I shouldn't be alive..

I have bpd/ptsd. Some other stuff on the side. Been verbally abusive alot with ppl close to me in the last years especially. At times I'm remorseful about it other times I just believe or know they are being full of shit and I dont care too much.

I hear you. I generally always feel like a massive piece of garbage, but I mean at the same time, the last person I was in a relationship was such an abusive prick it's hard to care about that. Still, it's a hard diagnosis to be strapped with.
