ordering SN to US, what’s a possibility of a wellness check?

apologies to clog up the feed with yet another sn post, and ik this question has been sorta asked before, but i feel like nobody ever gives a straight answer. i know there's no way to know for sure, but rlly, srsly, what are the odds of getting a wellness check for simply just ordering sn? i assume it's low bc the US has…other things going on rn but ig i'm just too nervous to order it out of fear of getting a wellness check or smth (i live at home still so it wouldn't go good). i think i'm also worried bc i plan on ordering to a P.o. box…would the post office even do anything? lol. ik most ppl who get wellness checks r bc ppl know what they plan on doing with the sn or smth and call and report it, but still

If you somehow get a welfare check, then your package is most likely going to get seized. P.O box wouldn't help much with that since they'd have your info on file

Pretty sure the chances of getting a welfare check are quite low, i think you'll be fine in that regard

I have gotten a welfare check one day after I got the tracking number, but I may have just been really unlucky. I'm curious to know if anyone else has gotten one who has ordered recently.

I ordered some recently on the US and it came within two weeks and so far I haven't gotten any welfare checks. Based on how quickly it seemed to go through customs I would say they didn't really check it or didn't care so I doubt they would do a welfare check at this point l. I think you will most likely be fine but as with anything you can never say never.

i'm grateful for this post bc it's something i've been trying to figure out as well & like you said i don't think i ever found a direct answer but generally(ish lol) from what i saw majority of the welfare check/seizure issues were from users in the UK but i'm still anxious about everything ofc

my sn is supposed to arrive tomorrow, so far nothing has happened but i also do have a history that includes welfare checks, i'll update if that has any effect

Yes, I'm in the U.S. and I didn't tell anyone. I did order to my home address, but afaik many other people did the same and got theirs. I'm guessing it was identified and labeled as SN by Ukrainian workers and so they knew instantly.
