Ordering N to Canada (recently)?

Has anyone had luck ordering from A or B recently shipping to Canada?

I have SN (lab grade), but I have saved up to afford N as I want to reliably and peacefully ctb. My SN is now more than 6 months old sitting on the shelf.

BTC dropped recently and I was wondering if it'd be worth it to invest some right now in order to put in the order.

I saw a post recently of someone in Canada that received N from B without issue. I don't remember the user. But some have definitely done it.
