Do opiates interfere with anti-emitics used for CBT ?

I'm addicted to kratom and i worry if it will interfere with my anti-nausea / anti-emitics drugs for CBT

You should be safe. No real interactions between the two. I would avoid taking kratom on the day of the attempt, though.

I think using opiates for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy isn't the best idea.

Sorry for the bad joke. I just see people saying 'CBT' a lot instead of the more fitting, and correct, 'CTB' for Catch The Bus.
