online proctored exams give me crazy anxiety

My professors are forcing students to download the latest proctoring software which basically records everything going on during the test duration and my face from a webcam. I've been getting terrible anxiety whenever I take one of these exams, even when I'm not cheating I'm worried that some of eye movements or arm movements fucked up the system, anyone else got the same situation going on?
