Desktop Mate from Steam. No sound but it's relatively new so idk if the developer has plans to add that and other additional immersive interactions at some point. I'd assume so. The application comes with a free mascot model and there are two hatsune miku DLCs (normal and winter). It's getting a lot of backlash right now because the developer murdered the modding community and is selling the DLCs at unreasonable prices soo be wary
