Welp, that's one way to go I guess. If I have to go that route I'm just gonna jump. How come you need to ride off the ledge?
i would be scared of trusting my legs to jump far enough in the event that si would kick in and could result in me landing on a ledge and failing.

Can't you just run at the edge? Where are you going to jump? When I peered over the edge at beachy head I couldn't see any ledges that I might land on, it was vertical all the way to the bottom. But I guess you have the bike coming so that's all ok. But you won't be able to make sure you land on your head? Are you ok with that??

yeah at that height of a drop it wouldnt matter if i land head first, i would be dead from the g-shock in seconds.

I calculated that I'd be going 70mph hitting the bottom of beachy head cliffs, about 100m. People can easily survive car crashes at that speed, although car safety has improved a lot, I'd still want to land on my head so there's no chance of my legs acting like a crumple zone leaving me in agony at the bottom

Sometimes it looks vertical I am not favouring or disregarding any ideas but I read once it looks vertical until you fall on some ledge and then roll again to the bottom. I don't know about jumping but this is all I read my fellow members and also about your question if they would land on head I was wondering about that too.

I would be worried about he bike accidentally breaking your fall somehow- unlikely, but maybe it could happen. How far out would you have to jump?

i could make a makeshift ramp so i get an extra nudge over any potential ledges

Does it slope inward opr have ledges? You need to be sure about this, if your fall coluld be intgerrupted you might get paralyzed or something but not ctb. It is a good method if you can be confident of going straight down, I would do it if i could be confident of this.

i should scout the place and know exactly where to jump first

Beachy Head works for some people but they have people trying to prevent it, so if you look conspicuous scouting it they might keepo an eye out for you. I hope you can find peace somehow.

Beachy Head looks like a nice place to die, but that method sounds terrifying to me. I wish you the best with your plans and I hope that you find freedom from your suffering.

Seaford Head , Cuckmere , Seven Sisters .....all along that coast is dramatic ....these spots will have fewer chaplains in cars .....who can call police if suspicious pretty quickly....
