Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Please don't judge me, I'm really fed up with judgments.
I'm ignorant and the doubt is genuine.
In Brazil I can get paracetamol and meto (antiemetic) without problems
Thank You, dear...
I don't have another way... I would like to give it an accidental look too... Even if it doesn't work, maybe the antiemetic would give me some time?
With enough pills and willpower, technically. However I believe it would probably take in the realm of a few hundred pills and days if not weeks to die of organ failure (generally that's what you'll die of from paracetamol overdose). I'm sorry to hear that you're in turmoil and I hope you either find what you're looking for on this site or solace in your own life. Best wishes.
Unfortunately not.
I once tried taking 16,000 milligrams or 16 grams of paracetamol and was sick for hours in the early hours of the morning with excruciating pain :(
BTW for perspective that's 160 100mg pills
Paracetamol in regular use does more damage to the liver than good. My brother-in-law had jaundice and was only prescribed Paracetamol at such quantities, it did so much damage to his gallbladder and liver, it almost did him in.
Is chloroquine available in your country? You would only need metoclopramide, which you've already got, and some benzodiazepines. Or as mentioned before, you could use SN. Nobody here will judge you btw, we're all desperate here. The only meds that work for ctb are some opiates, barbitarates, tricyclic antidepressants, dextropropoxyphene, chloroquine or chloral hydrate. Tricyclic antipressants and chloroquine are the only meds that you can realistically obtain, unless you find a source for N or fentanyl.
Thank You, dear...

No, I've done this countless times, along with other otc medications
And it can result in harmful consequences such as liver damage/failure etc
My last attempt at ODing on paracetamol the hospital staff said the amount I took for my weight was considered a lethal dose and it literally had no effect on me at all lol
Hello paracetamol may not work for you...if you can get chloroquine and benzos and the antiemetic which you have....or if you can get amitriptyline , benzos and the antiemetic
