So I recently developed a new hobby: carving faces on fruits and let them air dry. I stare at them when I'm high or want to meditate. It's fun to watch those faces wobble and waver.

[peering hard] What fruit did that start out as - a mango? And what time period do the photos cover?

I may start doing it too and leave the faces tucked away in various parts of the house as surprises

Jujube, or date. They're probably only available in Asian grocery stores. Other fruits I've tried don't turn out as good.

Huh? Dry up serial killers' faces? They might look sexier and less intimidating dried up, to be honest.

What I plan to do as my next project is to mummify a peeled apple, install it on top of a candle and watch it burn and pretend it's screaming in the flame.

The tail tip of my toddler's plastic dinosaur toy. Toothpicks' or knives' tips are too sharp so the marks they leave are too thin.
