OD on pain pills?

I would like any info or personal accounts of trying to OD on pain pills of any kind. Specifics of what kind they were, how much would be appreciated. Or any information you may have on this. Thanks.

I have seen around here that people don't recommend OD on pain pills. Saw somethings like "it's painful and the chance of you to die is low".

Look at this thread:

I've just swallowed 6 boxes of paracetamol, that's what, 96 tablets. Might not kill me, if i'm lucky they will. If not they 'll definitely do some damage anyway. So please be kind and wish me luck.

Yup you're right, it's one of the most unreliable methods alongside with using cutting as a way to ctb. If you don't take enough you won't die, if you take too much you could end up throwing most of the pills up before they're even absorbed into your system.

Like some nurse said when I tried to od on pills 'it won't kill you and if you continue doing it, the only damage you'll have is a screwed up liver in a few years'.

I know things like parmacetal (what we call Tylenol in the us) won't kill you and will damage your liver. I know you need to take the right doses. I was thinking more of opiods actually but any info at all on anything is welcome.

I keep hearing non stop how opiods kill so many people. It sounds like it's not hard to die on them.

It's extremely agonizing and there's a very low chance of you successfully CTB. Don't bother with OTC medicine since their formulas are designed to prevent fatal overdoses even in huge quantities.

I can believe it. Doctors continue to prescribe Tramadol for me and I can't even stand to take one. They make me spaced out and feel terrible and do nothing for my pain on top of it.

I should have put opiods in the title as I felt my breathing get slower on them when I had a prescription for those. But it wasn't painful, just the breathing thing. I remember thinking I should try to remember to breath. And it was only on 5mg. I was falling asleep but realized I was almost not breathing.

From what I've heard you can induce seizures and vomiting with a lot of pills without much of a chance at dying, so be careful.
