I don't know, based on the PPH it's only available in Mexico and a few south american countries. I mean if you are able to find crooked vets, technically it's available in any country. I know people on the forum who have gotten it sent to Europe. Your chances of getting arrested are very low, even if caught. You can argue you didn't know what was getting sent to you.
