Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Or moving it to late March or April.

Not because I'm scared or worried about failing, but because my family decided to ignore my wish of not getting anything for xmas..

So they go out and buy a bunch of shit for me for hiking. They know I love hiking and used it as a kick in the nuts. So now, I'm debating whether or not to put off ctb and do one more hike.

I thought about this and I am thinking that since I planned to ctb in the woods anyway, why not use this to my advantage? Go hiking and while in the woods, ctb. Two birds with one stone!

Only dilemma, I don't know if I can wait that long.

Sigh..............

Could you do it before New Year's Eve and March/April?

I could, but I'm not a cold type of person. I hate being cold. It would still be cold in mid March if I start out then, but not near as bad of cold temps still to come.

I didn't mention above that this is on the Appalachian Trail, and with the elevation changes, the temps are apt to go up and down.

That's a tough one. Unfortunately I don't have any good advice for that, but I hope that someone can help you.

One more hike sounds like it'd be nice. I don't know a thing about hiking but is there like, thermal gear or anything you could get to make it easier to do the hike sooner? Also, if you're open to the idea of recovery things could improve in the meantime. I've postponed until February because of the holidays and birthdays that I don't want to associate with me ctb and in that time I'm also going to attempt things to make my situation better, just in case.
