Venting Not sure which option I should choose...

Option A:
- Standing on a roof (9 storey building).
- Not jumping, calling my psychiatrist and telling him that I want to jump.
- Everyone will hear about it, and they'll know how terrible I am feeling.
- Psychiatrist will probably send me to a psychiatric hospital.

Pption B:
- Standing on a roof (9 storey building).
- Listening to the song "S.O.D. - Kill Yourself".
- Jumping.
- Probably dying.

1- forget about your psychiatrist
2. forget about everyone else.
3. Shout: "fuck you all losers, bakrachods"
4. Listen to the song you love.
5. have the drink you like.
6. Vent it all out here in forum
7. get all the support from genuinely caring SS members.
