Not having any ambition or purpose sucks

I am so tired of waking up to my four walls of boredom

Have you worked before/are you working, and if so how did it go forcing yourself without purpose/ambition? That's where I'm at, I just scrape through the days, and it gives me something to do but it doesn't bring me any more purpose or ambition so I still feel empty, and like I'm letting down my employers. Don't know what to do with that, but I need to resume work soon haha

I worked before yes however I haven't been working for 3 months. Yeah it doesn't really motivate me and I feel empty.

I understand how you feel, I feel as though I have no purpose, I just exist for the sake of existing. I am very tired and all I want is to be gone. There is nothing that I want from life anyway. I'm sorry that you are going through this. I wish you the best.

i feel you. I have no ambition to do anything. About to quit my career after making it a decade prentending and faking all was well. So glad I got some N and hopefully it will work out and I can finally move on to passing

I worked before yes however I haven't been working for 3 months. Yeah it doesn't really motivate me and I feel empty.

I also stopped working about a month and a half ago. Now I spend my days in bed watching tv and think about things a lot because I have so much free time. It's not good. It's good to have an occupation to occupy your mind.

I have been off of work for over a year due to a medical condition. You need to find something to occupy you mind and time. It is different, but manageable.

I totally agree. These walls are my prison, and I never found fulfilment from any of my jobs I had in the past. Music, games, youtube and coming on here are some of the ways I pass the time. The summer is here and I really don't feel motivated to do anything. Oh, well. Them's the breaks.

I actually have a sense of purpose and ambition, but I can't achieve it. A few hours of therapy a day is literally more than I can handle. I wouldn't last a day in grad school.
