Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

What can I do about my neighbor below( I live in an apartment) .He plays loud music day and night. I have reported it to the management office multiple times, and I have called the police multiple times. The young man still blasts his music whenever he pleases. This is driving me nuts. What else can I do?

Try police again? Can he get a ticket for like disturbance or something? If that doesn't work then If you have speakers with sub bass speaker then just play some heavy bass music through that sub bass. I don't think the people who live above will hear it but the guy below will hear it for sure because your sub bass speaker is on the ground. Low frequencies can be heard through walls easier than high frequency stuff. Thats why when you hear neighbour through the wall you hear the muffled sound. Be annoying like he is.
Different people are telling me different things. I just spoke to a police officer, and he said he would have to be able to hear the noise himself before he would knock on the offender's door. If he does not hear anything, he will not knock on their door. But, someone else said they do knock on the offender's door if you call them . I don't know who to believe. Meanwhile, the music and situation is driving me nuts. I am at witts end and cannot take it much longer. I wish I could get out of my lease, but I assume that would be hard to do.
Management here has sent him a couple of notices already and yet he still does it.
Your best bet is to keep calling the police and reporting him to your landlord until something is done. You can also try talking to the man and asking him to stop politely if you haven't already.
Also what the police officer said about having to hear the noise sounds like a lie tbh. Ofc I have no idea where you live and how police are in your area but in ny it's usually not like that.
If he's this inconsiderate then there's a good chance he's a genuinely anti-social, nasty piece of work. I read of someone else in that situation on this forum... he had to threaten the guy with a knife to make it stop in the end. I'm not recommending that but this is the real world. Earplugs day and night, keep up the complaints for now. Hopefully he'll get removed before you feel the need to escalate it.

I can relate I also have noisy neighbours live below me they have a teenage boy directly below my bedroom and he blasts the same fucking music every. single. day. Here where I live there is rule that you can't complain about it unless it is on after 11pm at night! I am extremely ill and just have to suffer with it.
I'm sorry I have no advice for you I am not from USA.

Sorry you are having to suffer with the kid's stupid music and being ill at the same time. I am not sick, but I am noise sensitive anyway, and this loud music would drive anybody nuts, noise sensitive or not. I also have bad anxiety, so even a " normal' person would be bothered, much less someone with my problems. My nerves are at breaking point. I have called police again. The very next day the boy starts right back up with it.
