It only makes you more powerful and capable to deal with actual evil, we needn't regulate concepts or ideas, we need to regulate their applications in the real world and WHO they are used against.
Violence and vengeance, becoming the biggest fish in the pond and preying on the bad people doesn't make you evil because these aren't fucking people, they've shed their humanity long ago. You need to come to terms with it and still be a good person regardless of how much impact it has on your psyche, it's the only way forward, understanding that they are just animals like us and that if we had a different upbringings, we'd be in the same place as them, wouldn't you want someone to stop that version of you who exists and ruins lives?

It doesn't make you the same as them, we can literally pick and choose what to do, we have that power, it's DISTURBING to think life is so mechanic that you sometimes need to do things like this and compromise your whole personality and character but it has no inherent meaning, that's why it feels disturbing, your personality and character are meanings that you gave yourself and if everyone respected each other, they'd be enough, but we don't live in that reality. That's the only way to move forward, extinguishing evil and taking the time we get from it's absence to prevent it's creation ever again and take whatever power it had for us and actually put it to good use.

I hate idealists and naive people who think otherwise. Violence ends violence, period. It doesn't make more of it unless you were prone to it. The people who get angry about this are just like the men who get angry when women say "not all men", 10% are angry because they simply don't understand and 90% are angry because they know they'd do the same heinous shit but laws actually stop them, surprise bucko, laws aren't the first to invent morality, you should hold these moral views with and without laws. Violence only exists when it's towards people undeserving of it, those who enact violence are lost causes, we are a dust of speck on a planet, we NEED to accept this fact; this nihilism, existentialism and be utilitarian with it , understand that it's the only way, no mercy for evil, that doesn't make you violent or evil.

Murder, rape and violence towards the innocent aren't unfortunate facts of life, the unfortunate fact of life is that we need to extinguish the evil who continues to do these crimes, that's the only unfortunate fact of life, we can't save them, that's the unfortunate fact, these people can't be saved or rehabilitated, mourn for them if you wish and help their victims get better. This needs to be accepted. I hate religion for putting the weight of that fact on "God", I hate governments for deciding WHO IS EVIL and putting that weight on police and army which they control to do their own evil, the one thing they were supposed to stop they perpetuate; I hate parents for teaching their children to be soft and never violent towards evil; I hate that we are not taught to be stern and hold our ground; I hate that we must make up with evil, that we must shake hands with it and give it the same respect as everyone else, fuck that; I hate that people pretend to not agree with me and call me out saying I have insane thinking patterns but they'd immediately agree with me in an apocalypse scenario for their families protection.

They just want their life to have commodity, they don't want to get their hands dirty unless they are FORCED TO and only FOR THEIR BLOOD FAMILY, this is the answer. Their inaction, their centrism of it all, it's the same as EVIL expressed in a different manner, nothing more and nothing less. The fact that they can read atrocities and yet still play in the animalistic tendencies of defending ONLY their family by blood, is EVIL. It's not for the better of the planet or humanity or even the animal nature which drives them, it's for literally THEIR own selfish needs, just like the parasites who straight up commit the evil acts, it's as selfish as you can get. They only see themselves and they know how to mimic being good, they aren't good, they just aren't doing straight up disgusting acts of evil. They are the same who parrot these thoughts of not getting vengeance on evil, the thoughts that you should sit in your lane, they want their status quo to never move, the abused to never have a voice, they want to never get their hands dirty or their asses up and about for the better of life.

Us people who understand that life is not a gift but a torture, one however we can alleviate for the time being until our deaths. We are put in a jigsaw like traps from birth and every single one of us has a key to the others chains yet after thousands of years, we are all still IN FUCKING CHAINS SOMEHOW. I'll tell you why with a hyperbole: Because there is 8 billion of us and only 10000 are aware that we've got each other's keys , the 10000 can't drown out the other bickering IDIOTS AROUND THEM, we are too scattered, too divided, me typing this out achieves nothing, even if 1.000.000 people would see this, we'd still be just a drop of nothing on this planet, we can still strive for better without falling into tyranny and without getting corrupt by power, but it's not going to get anything done in our lifetime and who's to say there will be any lifetime's left?(Not that I wouldn't prefer that) We are on the brink of nuclear war by each year that passes, maybe it is too late to try to make things right and I'm getting angry for no reason.

We are way too soft on criminals here in Europe.

I too think that some of these horrible criminals should have their human rights revoked.

Its frustrating because we all know whats bad, but everyone is just talking about it and pat themselves on the back telling themselves that they did a good job. Saying something is wrong isnt automatically going to solve any problems, which ironically is the thing we are doing right now.

You can be born in a rich and powerful family, have everything and still turn out to be the biggest piece of shit. Most of the people working in the government which is for the people, view everyone else as subhumans and are literally so out of touch with reality.

I used to believe that every single person is good at their core, and becomes hateful because of bad circumstances. But with people like these you cant expect them to do the tiniest bit of self reflection, and no amount of discussion or therapy is going to change them. I have the same view as you on the "violence is the answer" topic and although I realise that its extreme, it does seem like the only solution to the upper class issue.

Im tired of seeing worthless fuckers being put in positions of power and not being held accountable for breaking the rules. A murderer will go to jail, but a insurance company CEO can take decisions that take hundreds of lives? and other people will call it "strategic"?? The police will literally chase and beat up a guy who stole some money because he is poor, but they will literally kiss assess of rich guy who steals money???

I might be optimistic when I say that the only thing we can do is to keep people in check, after of course every single person right now in position of power is fired, jailed, or given the death penalty based on their crimes.

Your rage is entirely understanable. Its the natural reaction of anyone who looks closely at the world and doesn't accept its inherent absurdity. We are, as you said, a mere dust of speck on a planet, trapped in a framework that offers no inherent comfort or cosmic justice.

But i disagree with your retreat into a rigid, violent utilitarianism. You claim to embrace nihilism, yet you are trying to resurrect an absolute moral binary, dividing the world into the innocent and animals who have shed their humanity. Turning to vengeance doesn't our chains. Violence is an easy exit. Lingering in the clarity of the absurd is the real burden.

What has imagined post apocalyptic actions have to do with actions in the present? Extreme situations call for extreme measures.

The death penalty went away because the state kept killing innocent people. It didn't prevent innocent people from being murdered either. On top of this I have little reason to trust the government or courts to decide who dies.

Don't you think that in the creation of society the means are the ends? If you have to compromise yourself so completely to achieve this end goal what kind of society will be left?

I think at the core of a lot of our collective issues with dealing with "evil" in society is the idea that some people deserve to suffer for one reason or another. I'm of the mind that no one deserves to suffer, no matter what they've done. I certainly don't believe all suffering is avoidable, and certainly for the protection of the common good sometimes it may be imposed, but I think there needs to be a more considered difference between "necessary" and "deserved". Modern discussions on the death penalty tend to center around deterrence and retribution, and time and time again, it's been shown to not be a particularly effective deterrent, leaving only retribution as a possible reason. I'm from the US so I draw from that political frame, but when you look at the state officials and legislators most interested in carrying out the death penalty, they generally have total indifference to the suffering of the executed, usually using some version of the quip "well I'd sure take what we're doing over what they did to their victims".

The entire concept that anyone is deserving of suffering is flawed at it's core, as no reasonable person would want to cause harm in the first place, and those who were socialized or predisposed towards causing harm obviously wouldn't have chosen that if they had the power. While moving away from the concept of any deserved suffering isn't easy, I think on the whole it would be good for all of us. Once you normalize that suffering is deserved, it becomes easier and easier to mete it out in inequitable ways, favoring those like yourself and disfavoring those different just based on emotional perception of how much suffering is "deserved".
