I've taken way to much time than I should've writing that but i left some directions for the wayward.
Alright so how am I feeling? Like i'm going to die, only the pain is mental and im not on a bed surround by anyone that cares. im alone in this endeavor and i never felt this way. Like when overcoming an aliment/illness, to go through pain before healed. that's what's happening now. pain is also a part of it. pain first then peace.

I'm not going to do anything, Doing anything incites thinking which aggravates SI which I will not do anymore. For this to work I must remain stoic; numb.
