No good failed attempt

So my first attemp did not go as planned, had the noose all lubed around my neck knot on the right just under my ear pressure on my last side of the next.
Pulled my head down into the pressure and let the weight go off my knees. And it was not easy this happened about 5 days ago neck still hurts.
So it hurt a lot lot didant come close to blacking out and then si kicked in as it was hurting so much. I made sure it was sitting on the artery when pressure was applied.
I hate this work I need to leave it ASAP I'm not sure what the next attemp will be? Like anyone I want to take my life quick & painlessly.

Suicide really is so difficult. I'm sorry that you went through this experience, the fear of failing ctb is why I have never attempted personally. We all deserve the option of a peaceful exit, none of us should ever have to resort to risky methods, we have already suffered enough without having to worry about the chance of the method failing. I'm so sorry, I hope the neck pain gets better. Rest, recover from the pain in your neck, don't be in a hurry with new attempts... I send you a big hug.

What do you think failed ? What would you do differently next time?
I've had a failed attempt also but with the tourniquet method. I know all about having a sore neck.

in my opinion you have to mentally block out the pain, the same way would you after a bad injury. it's about how much you really want to die

Maybe a tourniquet would be a better option for you ?
