Nitrogen Volume Problem

Hello,MDB USA recommends 15 l/m rate and at least 20 cu ft tank,but what do i do,if in my country i can only buy 50 litres nitro tank?
It is strange that in USA you can buy a 90$ 50 cm tall tank with 566 litres(20 cu ft) and in my homeland only big 150 cm tank for 400$ with only 50 litres lmao.
Maybe my comrades just do dirty business selling expensive old big cylinders instead of selling new cheap small tanks that are in US,but maybe i understood smh wrong?
Like idk maybe 20 cu ft of nitrogen is not 566 litres of gas,but rather less ??

Would you know the pressure rating of your domestic tank? Perhaps, your tank stores nitrogen at a much lower pressure; though, it is unclear why they would choose to do so. Best, G
