I started feeling a bit dizzy headache and 15 minutes later the side of my right eye skull vain started hurting being very sensitive to electric light not ambient (it was night). I couldn't tolerate any light and had to press my hands on the right side of my skull near my eyes for about half an hour to stop the twitching pain and dim all light bulbs. I confirmed this with Chat GPT that my optic nerve was indeed deprived of oxygen as a result of high nitrogen low oxygen exposure and is what lead to my eyes experiencing the twitching pain and light sensitivity.
Hi, just read through this. You say you got a headache instantly and felt eye pain/injured your eye nerve from just 30 seconds of free flowing (no bag I assume) nitrogen?! That doesn't sound very comfortable/painless..:/

I got a slight minor headache and my lungs started fluttering. I felt uneasy for about 15 minutes and side effects kicked in about 5 minutes. I didn't permanently injure my optic nerve in my eye however there was a twitching pain and sensitivity to any light bulbs turned on for a few hours after. Went away when I went to sleep and woke up the next morning. Definitely some early symptoms of oxygen deprivation. Nothing permanent occurred because it was brief, had I experimented longer or passed out especially in an attempt being exposed to 0% oxygen levels for several minutes and then woke up, permanent serious brain, eye etc. damage would've occurred. This method doesn't joke around. Finally, it's pretty much painless, but there may potentially be some discomfort or some pain when you're unconscious that your mind may experience. Remember no dying method is 100% painless/or fully comfortable expect maybe assisted suicide. All the luck to you and I hope you reconsider your decision. This is my chosen method which I'll attempt once I've found a location and am 100% certain I want to die.

Thank you so much for responding with more detail. Yes I'm most worried about pain (and especially headaches :/) in those last (or first - after starting) seconds or minutes. But from everything I've read it sounds mostly painless…

Yeah. I suppose as long as you're unconscious it won't matter anymore.. And you're right no method can (presumably) guarantee 100% pain free.

I have everything set up for this method too. (Had actually everything set up to do it last Sunday but ran out of time). I'm 100% certain.

I hope you find relief whichever way you decide, my friend. 💛

You can get anti headache pills from your go and heavy sleeping pills 40 minutes before the process starts. Just make up a story that you get headaches during the day and you have a really hard time sleeping due to your anxiety and before work the next day or something. He'll prescribe it instantly and something strong. Once the meds start kicking in and you start falling asleep with ambient sounds and after a nice meal and drink, just open the valve open and the gas will start flowing in the mask or hood. Breath out for 20 seconds and breath in, you'll pass out after a minute. You won't even realise you're gone. I recommend if you're using the mask method, that you lay completely flat with your head looking up at the roof/sky with the strap loose not too tight so the mask doesn't feel claustrophobic. I recommend DIY nylon stretchy straps not the rubber ones. You need to be restrained and make sure the tank doesn't fall over or your hood/mask comes off or leaks in air. If this happens your method will fail and you'll wake up and suffer bodily damage to your organs. I also recommend finding a far away place if you can and follow my method with the burner phone etc so you can't be tracked as you'll be cut open for an autopsy. If you do it properly, you won't be found for months or years, maybe even never. I hope you reconsider your decision and get the help you need if you decide to continue living. Just know there will be an after life based on my personal experience and there is a higher power. All the best 🙏

Hmm yeah maybe I should do anti-headache pills… will they work preventively (obviously taking before any headache)?

Thanks for your other tips. My plan differs a bit from yours there :) but I've got if all set up fairly well. Loved ones will be notified and to be found not too long after to reduce impact and smell etc. But if you don't wanna be found a far away location with your whole plan sounds good!

Oh and I'm doing exit bag, not mask. By straps did you mean straps to secure your mask or body straps? I do have body straps as well in case of any convulsions… are you using any? I hope my suitcase straps will work.

Oh and I believe in an afterlife too! It gives me comfort actually. Are you "worried" about any potential punishment or impact as a result of suicide?

I don't have much information with anti headache pills however I have taken some pills before when I got really bad headaches from minoxidil which I use for hairloss and the headaches went away. So if you use them for this, it will be a painless way to go even more. I don't recall the name of the medication that helped with my severest worst headache that didn't go away and was borderline painful making me want to die. Regarding the Exit bag, be careful no oxygen gets in otherwise you'll wake up a few hours later likely with some bodily organ damage. Regarding straps, I was referring to the Mask. Make sure you're restrained properly. Finally, I am 99.9% certain there is an afterlife. I have had 3 personal experiences that occurred on the same date first day in particular accordance to an annual event that occurs every year associated with a religion. It has confirmed to me theism is almost certainly the truth. Prior I was a Deist just believing there is a higher power that was not affiliated with any of the religions, but it's become apparent to me this entity has interacted with our world, specifically through prophets. I came across disturbing information regarding the doomsday portrayed in Islam and Christianity, specifically one statement by Muhammad where he mentioned God informed him that on Judgment Day, the Sun will be brought so close to the Earth that when are bodies are recreated, the first torment will be the intense heat of the Sun. Today scientists have confirmed that our sun will indeed expand known as a Red Giant and essentially move so close to the earth possibly even swallowing it. Judgment Day is portrayed were the mountains are melted and become smoke like wool due to the heat of the sun, planets losing orbit etc. This is all due to our Sun melting the mountains causing them to scatter in smoke debris, boiling the oceans and gravitational celestial loss due to the suns expansion. There are also verses that Christ brought and are reaffirmed in the Qur'an about the stars flying about which is a result of the gravitational loss that will happen approximately at the same time the sun will expand when the Andromeda Galaxy collides with our Milky Way, stars losing their shine ✨, Sun losing its light which will occur following the red giant phase. This makes me very suspicious that there could be a theistic deity because there is no way these 2 individuals could've had access to this information either through coincidental imagination or more logically, Divine revelation. Nobody in human history other than Jesus or Muhammad has made such accurate scientific statements regarding the end of the world which have been so accurately described and proven. I don't want to risk it especially after my personal experience. You're welcome to refer to the link below for more information about this and to know what will most likely occur after death. This makes me very concerned about unaliving myself as in Islam & Christianity, suicide is a VIP ticket to Hell, maybe not permanently but a long time.

Thank you for your insights on anti-headache pills (I do have chronic ones too but never took anything for it). I looked into it and seems they take a few weeks to take effect. :/ unfortunately I don't have that kind of time anymore.

Thank you for sharing more about your beliefs. I do have my own beliefs too for which I'm grateful for. I personally feel quite strongly that religions and scientists are only telling us what they want us to believe bc their aim is to control us.. God (or Muhammad or WHOEVER you believe in!) is kind and loving, never judging. (However I believe we do judge ourselves, and that can be just as… shitty). But I 100% believe there is a greater power that loves each of us so much more than any of us could fathom. And I've read everyone's experience will be unique and also exactly what they need. I do believe we will all meet peace and comfort and love. ❤️

From everything I've read once the body is deprived of oxygen it will die within (max) 40 minutes. So even if oxygen leaks into the bag after say 3 hours the body should be well dead then right?

I hope you find the perfect location for you when it's your time. Ctb in nature sounds beautiful actually.

I've read of a person surviving an exit bag and waking up hours later, he was in his 80s and didn't report any damages. Usually once it's deprived of oxygen properly, it should die within 10 minutes. Regarding the nature of this higher power, I somewhat disagree. Yes there are many beautiful things about this world but the vivid suffering within the animal world and among humans with diseases etc is enough to debunk this whole truly loving god idea. I don't want to get into religion. I like to identify as a Deist/Theist Agnostic meaning I believe in a higher power and am Agnostic about the Abrahmic God due to the finding I listed earlier. I attached a video link that completely debunks this whole loving god idea.

I found a video covering the decomposition process of a body, it's quite horrific. I'll be wearing chainmail so not worried about animals, however insects are the concern. I wish I was never born into this disgusting slimy planet. No way am I brining someone into this mess.

Reading your post and your answers just revived my experience in 2023, we can say that we are in the same boat! I'm another survivor who tried inert gas in 2023. Your description is identical to what happened to me too, the only difference is that you were luckier than me. I spent three days in bed with an extreme headache and my vision was damaged permanently. Consider yourself lucky, keep this in mind: there is a high risk that you could end up being a vegetable even with the slightest attempt. In my case, I am somewhat disappointed that I survived, but at the same time grateful that these were the only consequences. Just like you, I'm regaining the motivation to try again and not make the mistake I made when I was 18-19. I send you strong hug, wish you the best of luck, lots of encouragement and above all, I wish you peace whatever your decision may be. Take care and peace!

I am not a survivor, I just tested breathing the gas for 15 - 20 seconds and this was the result. Had I tested it until I passed out, I likely could've suffered permanent damage. Can you please tell me how you survived? What went wrong, did you use an Exit bag and oxygen leaked in? From my knowledge the SCUBA full face mask method is guaranteed to work if the mask is sealed well on your face and nitrogen is supplied for half an hour. Please tell us what went wrong so people don't attempt it and survive worse off living on government disability pension.

Of course, I've explained this several times with the same intention but I'm always happy to be able to give more warnings and for more users to reach out, let me clarify one thing, both a SCUBA mask and a plastic bag, both can work, the purpose is for you to find a way to perfectly close any exit avoiding oxygen from entering, a SCUBA mask makes that easier for you compared to a bag. What you really need to keep in mind is that the brain needs oxygen and what this method does is cut off the flow of oxygen causing you to become unconscious, the moment you are unconscious and that flow is cut off you are damaging your brain. The larger the flow, the worse the consequences will be.

In my case it can be considered self-sabotage, I used a plastic bag, lots of rubber bands and tape and I really could have died but something stopped me, I'm not sure if it was fear, the famous Survival Instinct (I doubt it) or an unknown feeling that made me stop everything at the last moment, I don't remember exactly how long I left it open, but it was between 15-30 seconds I managed to close it quickly due to that unexpected action but it was too late causing me to become unconscious, I woke up with an extreme headache, I was unable to move from the bed for 3 days, I felt extremely weak and when I recovered I could notice how my vision worsened, from 2023 until now I still see things blurry, my vision was permanently damaged. I remember preparing my entire kit before my 19th birthday, ready to leave this world. Even though I planned it fairly well, I never considered the difficulties, consequences, and their effects. On one hand, I'm disappointed and somewhat annoyed that I survived, but I always calm myself by feeling grateful for only having ended up this way and reminding myself that I could have ended up as a vegetable. I don't want to drag this out too long.

If anyone is thinking of contacting me about this method, I'll ignore it. I'm really sorry, but I'm just someone who wants to learn CTB. I don't have a broad and extensive knowledge of it, and it would be the last straw if someone were to risk ending up with vegetable following in my footsteps. This world has been cruel to so many people here, and I would only be putting at risk the fate of souls who have already suffered for the rest of their lives as a vegetable. To everyone reading this, take care and have a nice day. Sending a big hug for yall and good luck, whatever your decision, peace! ♥

Just a question if you can please answer. During the process or when you went unconscious. Did you experience anyThe reason it failed is because you didn't complete the process properly. Had you used a proper HEED hood or Scuba mask, 100% death. This is very scary, I hope you can see a doctor and see if you can improve your eye however chances ar unlikely. The eye twitching and light sensitivity I experienced is so f*cking scary that I'll never attempt this method until I am certain I 100% want to die. Regarding too much Gas flow, that is a problem with Scuba mask as I found a higher flow rate caused my lungs to expand like a balloon and suffocate me. A HEED hood would work better with a higher flow.

It can be summarized that I cut the process. What I experienced can be said that I felt absolutely nothing, it felt like an instant nap, as if I were a machine, they turned me off and then turned me back on, I completely lost consciousness, it was an almost instantaneous transition. Sadly I didn't use either of the two items you mentioned. I only used a plastic bag, I was more desperate to escape from this world at that time and I didn't want to complicate things more back then. And now that you mention. I've already seen similar events with inert gas with some people inflamed after using that method. I think that depends on the flow used and the size of the object to cover you from oxygen, but that's just my theory. In my case, I didn't notice my lungs expanding, but I'm not sure. I was unconscious for a while and when I woke up I had a headache for so long that I couldn't focus on anything else. I suppose these are the effects that your body has, but you are no longer there to experience it (If you manage to do it). About my eye dont worry, that was 2 years ago and I legit dont care that much, currently I just see more blurry but other than that, I'm fine, after all my goal is CTB too.

By inflamed what do you mean? The mask method is 99.9% guaranteed success, the hood is more comfortable but I don't trust it. Seeing how evil the world is and there being no hope to anything especially a family. I am 27 and I have the strongest desire to ctb right now, it's just having my body found and autopsied is the only thing preventing me. Until I've found a comfortable location.

The body becomes inflated like a balloon, I think the problem doesn't depend on the object you use but rather on the flow pressure you use depending on whether the pressure is too high or not. I've never tried an EEBD hood, it seemed very complicated and very expensive to get one, I didn't want to complicate things so much either. I was so desperate for CTB that I wanted to get out no matter what, but with a simple plastic bag I managed to become unconscious without any pain in the process. I don't think it matters if it's a bag, mask, or hood. What matters is that it's made of good material that closes all oxygen openings and can hold your head. Of course, this is not a method to trial run, keep in mind that every minimal attempt is damaging the brain and there are high risks of it being a vegetable.

And I understand you perfectly. I share similar perspectives, just like you. I see CTB as my ultimate goal. Thinking about CTB gives me great motivation and makes me see this unknown fear as a final boss that I must defeat. I think this world is a cruel, boring, and depressing place. The way it works simply bores me. The way I perceived, understood, reflected and overthought all of this I believe that bad outweighs good naturally, as an established law of logic. Greater effort must be made to achieve something good, while bad comes for free, and in many cases, the effort is not enough. I suppose that you, like many here, will think in a similar way, whether due to events and experiences lived or overthinking, observe. Whatever the situations you lived or thoughts that crossed your mind to get to where you are now, let me send you all my support and a big hug from afar. I know it's not much, but at least have a small detail to cope with the day. I wish you good luck and peace whatever your decision is. Take care and see ya! ✌️

So if use a full face mask with a small pressure like 20L a minute flow, my body will inflate like a balloon? That doesn't make sense? How can I prevent that? I'm just breathing in the gas, it's not like it's being forced down into my lungs. EEBD hood would require another setup to connect the gas up however it seems the most comfortable. I have been sourcing the scuba connections for weeks now. So I'll stick with scuba. I'm awaiting to receive my chainmail & Kevlar dive suit that I use for my scuba diving hobby to relieve stress. The moment I got it and found a ctb location, I'll make a post saying my goodbyes and go. I need the suit to stop any animals or birds eating my dead body as it likely won't be discovered for a long time. I will make sure I do not survive and that my brain gets no oxygen and only 99.9% nitrogen for at least 30 minutes.

(I'm not entirely sure but) I think 5L already makes a difference. I followed the instructions in the threads to the letter and used a pressure of 15L per minute for 40 minutes and you should have at least 600L of inert gas. These are the requirements for this method, maybe the problem is the 5L of extra pressure you added. In my case I only I was unconscious for a while but didn't notice any inflation in my body, I just had a huge headache for days and my vision was damaged, but other than that, I'm fine.

About your plan, I wish you good luck in the execution and good luck on your journey. I hope you receive that suit and all the necessary material and that you manage to do it ✌️. It's a little funny to hear this. We use the same method and follow same steps, but we are two opposite sides of the same coin. You want to preserve your body and avoid being found, and in my case, I don't really care about my body and I don't think I'm going to bother hiding it either, they can do whatever they want with my body, just catching the bus is enough for me.

Good Luck on your path friend 🤜🤛
