Hi all,just joined today and thought I'd like to say hello,as a long term mental health sufferer it's something that's been on my mind for quite some time but I just can't seem to make my mind up! I'm also aware of the consequences on family and what it may do to them.

How can I create a thread, send a PM to a user, or join the chat?
The permissions to create a thread, send and receive PMs, and to use the chatroom will be granted after you post at least five times and are active for at least 24 hours. This is to avoid spam and trolling.

Posting can mean just replying I belive

CTB means Cease To breathe. I'm happy to go in more deph tomorrow when you will get access to PM

I'm kinda 50/50 on CTB at moment but I'm thinking things can only get worse!
