• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Sounds highly unpleasant. Carbon dioxide is what causes you to panic while suffocating. He must've had zero SI or been incredibly strong to resist ripping the bag off.

True, but I think what happens is the concentration is so high/fast that the person passes out pretty much right away after one or two breaths.

If the gas is released quick, unconsciousness sets in before pain. However, I tried this with baking soda + vinegar and baking soda + lime juice and it was quite difficult. First, must have a very large bag to put both containers inside and be able to do the mixing. Second, being able to generate a quick release of CO2 without the acid getting neutralized. This I find difficult because if I dump the baking soda all at once, the acid reacts only for a short time and not enough to fill the bag. Lastly, be able to secure the bag without the acid spilling or boiling over, else instead of dying from CO2, one will be drowning in citric acid.
