New antiemetic combo?

I have and intend to consume the following antiemetics. I have a very sensitive vomit reflex. Here is the plan:

20mg Domperidone
10mg Prochlorperazine
6mg Dexamethasone
24 mg Ondansetron
60mg Diazepam

Is there anything I'm overlooking, any negative combos of meds I'd be taking, anything I could use more or less of? Would Tagamet or Prilosec help? Anything I could add? Thanks so much.
