Nembutal suicide + legal advice

Hello. I will use N as my method of suicide. I have two questions please:
1. How long must i remain unfound for it to work and kill me? Meaning i need an estimate of time so i could work something out
2. I have composed a note detailing things my abuser has done to me and things ive experienced with him- i didnt write his name in it but ive only ever been in 1 relationship. I'd like to post it on facebook for peers to see since ive tried to talk to him multiple times w no remorse from him. If i post it and die- can he take legal action against my family? Im scared itll backfire on them idc if itll backfire on me. Also if i add his name- same question

If you take it in bed after everyone's gone to sleep, you should be dead in time before the morning comes

He can only sue you, if your family weren't involved in making the post they'll be fine
