Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Benzos are substances with strong calming and anxiety-reducing effects. This seem helpful, but I am worried that taking them will increase SI. You are so calm and quiet after them, that why would you want to suffer and die? Even smaller doses than the protocol calm me down enough that for one evening, my emotions are very distant.

So wouldn't it be safer to avoid taking benzos during the SN to prevent any potential withdrawal from the CTB? Brain makes the decisions, influencing its biochemistry doesn't seem like the best idea to me?

benzos don't take suicidal ideation away
They don't take away your thoughts, but they can take away your motivation for actual action. They can distort your judgment about whether to attempt because they significantly calm you down and soothe you

You definitely need benzos believe me...

I had some bizarre panic attacks, a feeling of imminent death that left me in alert mode all the time, Clonazepam saved me from this torment. That's what you'll feel once you drink SN.

Once you drink the SN you'll freak out and scream for help if you're not under effect of some benzo.

If you're afraid of backing out it means very likely you're not mentally prepared to do it.
