Do you have many nefapam? If so maybe take a few for a tester and see what its like.
I did and I died for about 30 seconds my pulse collapsed I got unlucky and had boundless pulse that was at 1gram during the time that got to that point I felt numb was having hallucinations and I couldn't move my body
