Hello all

I need some tips on how to overcome my SI. I am sure I want to do it, but my SI repeatedly gets in the way of voluntary freedom

SI goes very deep and is complex thing to understand, there are no pills for it or nothing specifically designed for it.

You can however try to get pills that affect different responses part of the si.

for example benzos, SSRIs, antipsychotics, etc, it's not recommended to mix too much pills together, unless you plan to take it with sn, you don't want to fall unconscious or be unable to follow the protocol due to taking too many different pills throughout the day, usually effect of pills starts in 30 to 60 minutes, when taken orally.

There are also sedatives and drugs (hallucinogens/psychedelics).

These are just for your own research, si keeps us alive, trying to ctb, will trigger si, no matter what, it's a fundamental aspect.

My plan is to just stick to the basics, and don't overcomplicate things by taking bunch of different pills and drugs at high dosages, which will also come with their own severe side effects (unless the plan is to OD), just some recommended amount of benzo, ae, a bit of opioids, and sn also beta blocker for tachycardia.

You just have to relax, calm your mind & thoughts, just thinking about nothing.
At one point you si will go blank with it, you know what's best for you, one day you might want to ctb so hard, but the next day, it might be less severe.

Whatever you do, make sure your decision to ctb is thoroughly thought out, there is no going back, unless you are saved.
Your si will get stronger if you actually dont want to do it, but rather force yourself to ctb.
You have to want it, come to a point in your life where the only road to go forwards is to go in to the light, a strong and made up mind, will make your si a less severe.

wish you good luck!

The pills given to overcome Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD keep your heart rate low and help you overcome anxiety as well. That sounds like a good option to me as a psycaiatrist tried to perscribe me some for overcoming social anxiety. I told him my main problem to speak infront of an audience is my heart rate going mad high causing my voice to tremble and my body to shake.
