Im planning on cbt very soon, and i need to know, is this hook on my ceeling strong enough to hold my weight for 30min? Im 55kg
If not, would it work on a door?

I also wanna know, is a jump rope good enough for hanging?
Would one of these in the images work?

It's impossible to tell how strong the hook is just by looking at the picture. It might not be strong enough. I would be cautious. However, you can always test it: tie a rope to it and then pull on it and bounce a few times with your full body weight.

Using a door can be a good option, but it takes some planning to do it right. There have been previous threads about it. However, a door is usually not high enough for full suspension (unless you're a short person). It's fine for partial, though.

It's hard to tell. The blue one looks like a solid-braided rope, so it could be okay. If you decide to use it, test it beforehand. Tie it to your anchor point and pull on it with your full body weight. The other ropes look like some kind of plastic or mixed material, so I wouldn't use those.

The best would be to buy a new rope where you know the working load limit or the material it's made of.

Or the top hinge of a door.
You would need to test the hook. If it rips out, that is an explanation...

It's too weak it's too weak it's too weak. The hook and rope will not have enough leverage or tensile strength to hold you while not trying to pull that hook out the frame. It needs a better anchor point or you have to reinforce it. If you weight 125 Lbs or +, the rope is too thin and will struggle to have strength to choke you. When you are tensing or losing signs of life, your body goes dead weight. That means you will be heavier than alive because your scale weight doesn't factor in variables.

With the hanging, you are relying on the downward force of gravity and the ropes tension around the neck. With thin rope like that, you'll feel it tug at the neck, burn the skin, so more downward force needed to constrict the trachea.

You would have better success buying a pull up bar that goes on a door frame, climbing rope, and using that as a set up.

They also sell bungee cords, carabiners, climbing rope in sportings good store, better quality and won't break your wallet, that would do better than this rope.

You will fall off the celing yooooo......
