I really need a quick and painless way to ctb. One that won't cause any awful effects if possible? I can't get SN here but I'm desperate to ctb. Life is just getting worse and I have no other option. TIA

Are you sure you can't get SN? Do you have any chemical shops in your city? Take a walk there and see if they sell SN because they usually do.
Maybe some of them don't have have online website and catalogs.

Full hanging is recommended after SN. It looks fearful but its fast and quick.

I'm sorry that you are suffering so much. I know that this life can be unbearable when you are so desperate to leave. Ctb really is so difficult, I think if I knew of a quick and painless way to exit I would already be gone. The fear of failure is what holds me back from attempting. I hope you find freedom from your pain in whatever happens.
