• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

    Donate via cryptocurrency:

Will CTB with nylon dock line or belt. Partial over door.

Can someone explain exactly how to place the ligature? I know to use a slipknot and that goes in the back, but if anyone can give details about placement of ligature or help in some way, you'd be greatly appreciated. I need the make my journey and want it to be as peaceful as possible under the circumstances. Thank you so much.

I want to use this method also, I wish there was a way to "bump" the thread.

Every time I get started, I start swallowing and chicken out.

Same. Read to the side over one of the arteries by the ear is best, but always get too scared. Don't want to fail.

You need to locate your arteries on each side and apply pressure ONLY there, without applying pressure to your trachea. You may need to put "something" in between the rope and where it contacts the neck at the arterial locations. This helps direct the force there and, at the same time, helps to keep the force off the trachea. You're trying to accomplish a "blood choke", not an "air choke". An air choke will be quite uncomfortable.
