N without antiemetics

Will it work without antiemetics?

I think it depends on several factors. How stong is your stomach, are you prone to vomitting with bitter or salty foods. The PPeh March 2021 version says if you vommit to make yourself vomit again sticking your fingers down your throat to try to get out as much of the N as you can. Then lay down and rest, and abandon the suicide attempt.

Possibly. But you want to reduce the risk of vomiting as much as possible. If you are able to obtain N, I don't think it should be that hard to find a source for anti-emetics. In fact, if you say the right things to your doctor, you might even get a legal prescription for it.

I think I read that for a while one of the assisted organizations was using it without anti emetics in many cases and it was successful. So I don't think it must be very prone to provoke vomiting.

N is much less likely to make you puke than SN. However if you're spending so much money on N you may as well get anti emetics as an insurance policy to mitigate against a rather expensive puke.

I saw a document recently that says a lot of euthanasia cases have some symptoms like coughing or actions akin to trying to throwing up but do not around the 25m mark of being unconscious from N. Not to say you're likely to throw up while unconscious but it can happen in rare cases so an anti emetic is extra security.

While we're at it, how about SN? I rarely vomit, even when I eat bad food that makes me feel sick. Sometimes I feel like I should and I can't, so I'm a bit optimistic about taking it without anti-emetic.

Either way, if I do end up failing, I can always try to find an anti-emetic and try again.

I wouldn't know where to get anti emetics, is there a brand that is preferable? I worry about prescription because my doctor is already doesn't trust me and has been privy to my mental health problems.
