what if you drink N without antiemetic?

I'm interested in this too, or at least what if you use a non optimal antiemetic? I can't get hold of the good ones (meto and domperidone) I can only get prochlorperazine

I have seen conflicting arguments, some that say AE is not necessary for N and is just a precaution while others say it is essential

Well, you hope you don't vomit. Since you want to make the chances of vomiting as low as possible, you take meto. If you can get your hands on N, you should be able to find meto somewhere, or an alternative such as domperidone.

I just can't seem to get it anywhere. I was going to ask D if he had it and to send it with my order but I didn't want to bring any extra unwanted attention. I'm really bad at talking to people but somehow I managed to lie to my doctor but he prescribed prochlorperazine. There's no way I could go back to him asking for a different medication

SN is an extremely caustic poison with no therapeutic dose, N is a medication. The body reacts quite differently. But yes there is a vomiting risk with N even with an AE.

Unsure whether to try it as I don't have any alternatives and even if I'm okay with 10mg I might not be with 30mg. I've had akathisia from other meds and would rather avoid experiencing it again, plus eps could make it impossible to drink the N altogether. Maybe just taking 20mg as a stat will lower the risk. Although I'm planning to take diazepam and dph anyway to mitigate side effects.

domperidone comes with many less side effects if at all and is as efficient than metoclopramide. in fact, it's even used in switzerland as low as 10mg stat dose

I managed to get Maxolon without prescription in UK. You can pm and I can tell you how. Though, in different countries with different regulations I wouldn't have a clue.

Lol yes, seeing what D(and A back when I ordered from him) declared my packages as I'd have a fair bit of explaining to do if there was a bunch of pills inside with them Having said that, I do know of someone personally on here who received N+meto from A successfully

There can be legal consequences, depending on where you live, and quality is not as certain - it's a lot better if it can be prescribed.

Getting a prescription seems the best option if possible. The risk of vomiting is very high.
