Does anyone know any cases of people taking N without an antiemetic? It doesn't seem like the craziest idea when you consider people don't bother sometimes with SN (when vomiting is actually more likely). If it is mandatory it seems to suggest in the PPH that Domperidone / Motilium is the mildest anti-e, so am wondering if that might be the best way to go for those with previous anti-depressant damage who could react badly to an anti-e?

There are very few cases of people vomitting up N. It has a much lower risk as compared to SN. That being said, you're still better off to get one, to ensure you don't vomit up and then end up in a coma. If you are worried about interactions with other medications, just talk to a pharmacist. antiemetics aren't illegal, and you can just say you got it prescribed for nausea. I'm sure they'll be able to find a med that works for you.Similar threads
