I have no idea what boofing means.
But I have seen people suggest a method that is sometimes used by people who suffer from anorexia.
Apparently it is possible to self administer using a nasogastric tube (through the nose?).
The thought of inserting the tube without local anesthesia makes me shiver, but I suppose some people may be desperate enough to work through that.
