N question

I fasted since yesterday evening around 9pm, So in total 11 hours.
I know that normally, i should have taken meto yesterday.
Is it so important? can i just take meto today 10 mgnow and 30mg just 30 min before N?

I think just taking 30mg of Meto 1 hour before N should be fine. Don't overthink with multiple doses. I never heard a good argument for multi-dosing over a single dose. Antiemetics is just insurance for the worst case scenario.
