I have read that it might be possible. Some people bribe the people who sell in there with some extra cash so they can sell it faster. I am unware of where though. But I read people went to different ones until one agreed to sell. I recommend reading the sticky threads. There is the book that contains more information, there is a part where it mentions buying in Mexico.There is info about this in the PPH
